Stone Ridge Boulevard Park | Narangba

About Stone Ridge Boulevard Park | Narangba

Built on a cleverly restored hill, and terraced over 4 floors, Stone Ridge Park has rapidly become one of the new family attractions in the Narangba. There is plenty to do for everyone, making this a number one weekend destination for locals in the Moreton Bay Region.

Top Level

A mini basketball court complete with shooting hoop can be found on the upper deck, where there are fantastic views and constant breezes-making this deck ideal for teens and older children.

Edged with useful grass patches, you will admire the view of the surrounding city, even enjoying a sunset or sunrise when you arrive at dusk or at dawn.

Level 3

If you walk down the quaint, winding path to the next level, an impressively large picnic area will welcome you. Shaded by a high, modern-style slanting roof, the eating space was cleverly built around a prominent gum tree, in keeping with the aesthetics of the surrounding suburban decor.

The table and bench area is sufficiently spacious to accommodate large gatherings and there is even room to pitch a marquee if needed.

Level 2

On one level below you can discover the kids playground packed with numerous swings, a wide, dome climbing frame of both steel and thick rope, a shade-sail covered slippery dip, spinning contraptions and seesaws-all conveniently spaced apart and nestled on white sand.

Part of this play area is fenced and sits on some stone retaining walls and several tall native trees shelter the area from the sun.

Small wooden pillars clustered all over have adorable metal pictures of Australian native birds displayed on them, and colourful boxed cubes provide information about our native animals as well.

Level 1

The Toddler area is complete with its own single, multi-purpose play equipment and mock tarmac riding track, is just below second elevated level. Here, children can practice riding their motorcycles along bendy roads, learning the rules of the road as they go.

The whole level is shaded and covered by what looks like a mini-forest.

Ground Level

Acting as a welcoming beacon to the park, on the lower level at the foot of Nexus street, you’ll find a large sit-down flying fox kids of all ages can enjoy.

Discover Stone Ridge for yourself

Venture to the park to take a look at all the wonderful features, play equipment and amenities provided, this wonderful park may be the ideal venue for your next family gathering, or simply your new go-to hotspot for a day out with the kids, or time-out for yourself.
