6:00pm 30th July - 4:00pm 1st August
Get your taste buds ready!
Moreton Bay’s most delectable festival is back in 2021, tastier than ever before.
It’s been a long time between courses, thanks to COVID-19 restrictions, but foodies won’t have to wait much longer to EAT, DRINK & ENJOY themselves at this year’s Moreton Bay Food + Wine Festival.
The 2021 Moreton Bay Food + Wine Festival will be held on July 30, 31 and August 1 at Apex Park, on the waterfront, at Woody Point. The new location enables the festival to be delivered under a COVID-Safe event format, adhering to State Government guidelines, with measures for contact-tracing and plenty of space for social distancing.
With Moreton Bay as its stunning backdrop, the festival precinct winds its way along the waterfront where foodies can catch cooking demos by some of the biggest names in the culinary world, enjoy a cold one at pop-up bars, listen to live music, learn something new at talks and discussions, and sample the region's local produce from the Bay and the farms.
This year see Matt Golinski (Sat & Sun), Alastair McLeod (Sun only) and Dominique Rizzo (Sat only), cooking alongside local chefs, as they share their recipes and kitchen tips, inspired by Moreton Bay. Plus, gardening guru Costa Georgiadis will join the fun.
Moreton Bay Food + Wine Festival is proudly delivered by Moreton Bay Region Industry & Tourism (MBRIT) in partnership with Moreton Bay Regional Council and is supported by the Queensland Government through Tourism and Events Queensland and features on the It’s Live! in Queensland events calendar.
