Moreton Bay Region’s love affair with coffee continues through the confinement and isolation phase of 2020. Although Moreton Bay Region may be known for its laid back vibe, make no mistake: we are serious about coffee and will do what it takes to get our hands on a quality cup.

If you're looking for a kick—of caffeine, that is—read on for a list of Moreton Bay Region drive through coffee shops allowing you to zip on by without getting out of your vehicle.

1. Beardy’s Bar & Kitchen

405 Elizabeth Avenue, Clontarf 4021

For espresso on the run, Beardy's Kitchen and Bar serve quality barista-made espresso from 6 am Monday to Friday and 7 am on the weekends. You'll enjoy freshly brewed coffee fast, and friendly service with a smile to start your day on the right foot. Their drinks menu also extends to include milkshakes, juices, smoothies and loose leaf teas.

Aside from serving a top-notch cup, this nifty joint also crafts arguably the best hot chips on the peninsula, along with sweet treats and homemade burgers (you MUST try the pulled pork burger).

2. Starbucks

It’s a brew-tiful day to have Starbucks! Drop on by Starbucks along Deception Bay Road for a handcrafted beverage. Pick from a lengthy menu offering everything from a steaming cuppa, cold-pressed iced coffee, refreshing iced tea to a famous blended Frappuccino. If you’re after more than just a caffeine fix, take a look at their bakery and savoury menu and enjoy a tasty home-style takeaway snack as well.

3. Zarraffas Morayfield

5. Beefy’s

754 Bestmann Road, Ningi 4511

Just off Bribie Island Road (exit 85 to be exact) is a well-kept secret where you can get your caffeine fix within minutes of exiting the highway. Beefy’s, although known for their meat pies, also serves a mean cup of coffee. Available in drive through means you can grab and go with minimal contact.
