Bluey to star at free family event
Bluey and Bingo will be among the special guests at the State Government’s latest G’Day Little Queenslanders event in Redcliffe next month.
The free family activation is a morning of fun, laughter, and activities at Pelican Park in Clontarf on July 12.
There will be live children’s entertainment including the Bluey Live Interactive Experience, food trucks and spaces to play, relax and connect.
It is also part of a State Government plan to ensure parents have access to the must-know government resources and local services.
Parents can register their little one aged 0–2 years to get a personalised certificate on the day.
“G’day Little Queenslanders is about celebrating our newest Queenslanders, bringing families together, building community connections and supporting family wellbeing,” Premier David Crisafulli said.
“It’s a great opportunity for people from Redcliffe and surrounding areas to discover and connect with a wide range of supports available, including government resources, health services and community organisations.
“These events are the perfect way to strengthen communities all over our State and make sure every family, no matter where they live in Queensland, feels supported and connected.”
State Member for Redcliffe Kerri-Ann Dooley said: “One of the best things about the Redcliffe region is our sense of community and our G’day Little Queenslanders events are a wonderful way of bringing our little ones into our community.
“It will be a fun-filled day at Pelican Park and a great way for people to get the information about the supports available to them in Redcliffe.”
