Countdown to new centre opening

A new shopping centre will open at Burpengary East this month, with a $10,000 grocery giveaway competition and community fun day.

The Burpengary East Shopping Centre grand opening will be held on November 26.

Positioned at the corner of Buckley and Uhlmann roads, it will include Woolworths as the major retailer, supported by local and national retailers.

There will be a Community Celebration Day on Saturday, November 29, featuring family friendly activities, giveaways and entertainment.

To celebrate the official opening, Burpengary East Shopping Centre is giving one lucky winner the chance to win $10,000 in groceries from Woolworths.

Customers can enter the draw by visiting the Burpengary East Shopping Centre website before the competition closes on Sunday, November 30 and completing the online entry form.

For a bonus entry, visitors who attend the centre during the grand opening celebrations from November 26-29 can scan the onsite QR code.

The winner will be drawn and announced on Monday, December 1.
