Place Redcliffe Peninsula to open new office

The team at Place Redcliffe Peninsula, led by Jess Culling, have hit the ground running since launching in September with their new office opening at Scarborough before Christmas.

The office, in the new Oscar Apartments complex at Landsborough Ave, is expected to open in the third week of December with Santa popping in to celebrate.

Families can have free photos with Santa at the office on December 16, 17 and 18 from 5-7pm.

Jess has assembled a team of 10 real estate professionals at Place Redcliffe Peninsula, including four full-time dedicated agents who will provide property management services from January.

She has reclaimed her No.1 spot as the leading agent in Newport on realestate.com.au under the Place brand and has a strong vision to support the local community in 2025 with multiple sponsorships and community engagement strategies already in place.

“I began my journey in real estate when I was 17, starting in an administrative role. In my downtime, I would prospect after hours for agents, and I was good at it! That’s when I thought, why not become an agent myself?,” Jess explains.

“I approached the team and asked for a real estate agent position, but they turned me down. Rather than accept that decision, I left and applied elsewhere. I landed my first job as a sales agent while I still had braces and P plates on my car!

“I hustled hard, driving around listing and selling homes. Over the years, I worked my way up from the very bottom. Four years ago, I bought into the Ray White franchise and became a shareholder of Ray White Scarborough, while also serving as the principal and licensee of Ray White Newport.

“This experience gave me invaluable insights into running a real estate business, and now I’m ready to take that knowledge to new heights.”

Jess says her aim is to create an agency where clients receive personalised, streamlined service without the confusion of dealing with multiple agents and offices.

“By opening Place Redcliffe Peninsula, I can ensure we have a unified approach that is truly tailored to each client's unique needs,” she says.

“We are focused on offering a fresh, modern perspective, backed by a team that is committed to collaboration and community. It’s about providing a seamless process from start to finish, with the highest level of service every step of the way.”

Jess says she is focused on expanding the team and honing Place’s “suburb specialist model” during the next 12 months.

“We want to make sure that we’re not just present but leading the market in every suburb we cover. We aim to build a reputation as the go-to experts for every community on the Peninsula,” she explains.

“Additionally, we’ll continue to focus on delivering the best possible outcomes for our clients, whether they’re selling or buying, by leveraging our local expertise and strategic marketing.”
