Ryan's driven to Elite success

North Lakes real estate agent Ryan Suhle has become the youngest Ray White member in history to reach Elite status.

The 18-year-old was planning a career in engineering, but joined the family business a year ago and has since reached goals many dream about.

“I came into the office for three weeks, decided I was enjoying real estate and figured why not go down that route?” Mr Suhle said.

“Every day is a bit different. There’s always a different appointment, new home and new people to meet compared to other roles where you do the same thing day in and day out.

“It’s exciting to always be meeting new people, especially in an area I know so well. It all just clicked. I am loving it.”

Mr Suhle who also drives in the national Porsche Sprint Challenge series, achieved Elite status on his commission sales.

“Reaching Elite level means a lot. It was always my goal this year to meet this milestone and it seemed ambitious after only starting two months into the financial year,” he said.

“But to be the youngest is pretty crazy to be honest.”

Ray White North Lakes principal and Mr Suhle’s father Darren said: “Ryan works very hard and just clicks with people and they want to do business with him.

“He is also in a marketplace where he is up against some good operators, so this is an achievement to be especially proud of.”

Real estate may be in his blood, but Ryan Suhle also said he has learned a lot after his first year as a licensed agent.

Ryan Suhle aiming for Chairman's Elite level

“I try to be the first in and the last to leave,” he said. “In terms of fieldwork, it’s always been about being available and creating opportunities with basic things like box drops, calling and letters.

“Securing listings can be tough but I have found servicing buyers is really important because a lot of sellers out there are buyers as well.

“So much of my business has come from working with buyers properly so when it came time for them to sell, I was their first port of call.”

The North Lakes agent is now aiming his next goal - to reach Chairman’s Elite level.
