$2 Million Helping Keep Tradies on the Tools

If you’ve got the tools and talent but construction contracts are drying up, then Council wants to help get you on the job!

Moreton Bay Regional Council has brought forward $2 million worth of works, as part of its $15 million stimulus package to help keep our economy ticking.

It’s the perfect reminder for local companies to make sure they’re registered on Council’s register via VendorPanel Marketplace Supplier List at: marketplace.vendorpanel.com

You’ll be sent an invitation by email to join VendorPanel “Public Marketplace” Supplier list, it should only take five minutes.

Moreton Bay Regional Council conducts the majority of all low valued quotation through VendorPanel, using the VendorPanel “Public Marketplace” Supplier list.

Registering isn’t a guarantee of work, but for suppliers it means you’re visible in the marketplace and available to our buyers.

  1. It's a good idea to monitor tender opportunities through LG Tenderbox: lgtenderbox.com.au
  2. Upcoming opportunities are also advertised in The Courier-Mail and on Council’s Website. If your business is invited to quotation, you will be emailed the opportunity when released, and will be able to review requirements, submit quotations and be notified of decisions/outcomes
  3. It’s also recommended to get in contact with Local Buy localbuy.net.au on (07) 3252 8863 or enquiry@localbuy.net.au as there may be an arrangement opportunity which relates to your business activity.
