Adventure calls at Living Gems
Making the decision to move interstate and build a new home can be nerveracking for some, but the big leap to Caboolture from Adelaide was anything but scary for this adventurous couple.
When Trish and Peter Browning decided to make the move in 2019, it was all systems go! Wanting to be closer to their daughter, as well as wishing to live by the water, the Brownings quickly began looking for a place to call ‘home’
Excited to begin the next chapter in their lives, Mr and Mrs Browning explored a range of home and lifestyle options in Caboolture.
They were looking to live in a community of like-minded, active retirees while still enjoying their own space and independence.
After much research, they discovered Living Gems Caboolture Riverfront and knew instantly this was the place for them.
Deciding to build a home at Living Gems was the next big decision and while they had vast experience in renovating homes across Australia, building from the ground up was an exciting first.
Mr and Mrs Browning said they felt like they were in good hands, with the Living Gems sales and construction team, and well looked after throughout the entire building process.
Within months, they took possession of their new dream home.
“We found the building process to be very exciting and couldn’t believe how quickly it progressed each day,” Mrs Browning said.
“The help and encouragement we received from the Living Gems team was outstanding. Having one point of contact, from our first tour of the resort through to the completion of our home, was very reassuring.”
Fast forward 12 months and they have settled in beautifully to their new home and lifestyle. They are surrounded by lovely neighbours and friends, enjoying favourite social activities, and with family close by, every day is a new adventure for this couple.
