ANZAC Day road closures - full list

There will be temporary road closures across the region to allow for parades and services on ANZAC Day.

The shortest in the Moreton Bay Region on Monday will be for 90 minutes. The longest is for 14 hours.

Please take note if you are planning to attend a service or parade in this region. 

Here is a full list approved by the Queensland Police Service.

Road closures for 2022 services

BEACHMERE from 6 AM to 7:35 AM

  • Moreton Terrace (between Main Street and Sandpiper Street)

BRIBIE ISLAND from 8 AM to 9:30 AM

  • Toorbul Street (between Foster Street and Spowers Street)

BURPENGARY from 9 AM to 10:30 AM

  • Station Road (between North Shore Drive and Morayfield Road)
  • Progress Road (between Station Road and cul-de-sac)

CABOOLTURE from 5:30 AM to 1 PM

  • King Street (between Morayfield Road and Riverview Street)
  • Beerburrum Road (between King Street and Bertha Street)
  • James Street (between Beerburrum Road and Matthew Terrace)
  • Hasking Street (between Beerburrum Road and Multi-story car park entry)
  • Russell Street (between King Street and cul-de-sac)

DECEPTION BAY from 5 AM to 7 AM

  • Bayview Terrace (between Captain Cook Parade and Leandi Drive)
  • Ewart Street (between Endeavour Street and Bayview Terrace)

KALLANGUR from 7 AM to 10:30 AM

  • Anzac Avenue (between Duffield Road and Old Gympie Road)

REDCLIFFE from 12:01 AM to 2 PM

  • Marine Parade, Redcliffe Parade and Prince Edward Parade (from Dix Street to Klingner Road)
  • Baker Street (from Sutton Street to Redcliffe Parade)
  • Car park opposite Redcliffe RSL, on the corner of Humpybong Esplanade, Sutton Street and Redcliffe Parade

TOORBUL from 7 AM to 8:30 AM

  • The Esplanade (between Freeman Road and First Avenue)
  • First Avenue (between The Esplanade and Freeman Road)
  • Freeman Road - between The Esplanade and Pumicestone Road

WOODFORD from 8 AM to 12:45 PM

  • Archer Street - Service Road (between George Street and the driveway into the shopping centre car park)
