Children injured, road closed after Bribie Island crash
Three pedestrians have been taken to hospital after a serious crash on Goodwin Dve near the Bribie Island Shopping Centre at Bongaree about 11.50am today.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman says an adult woman has been taken to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a stable condition.
A female toddler and a male infant were transported to the Queensland Children’s Hospital, where they are believed to be in a serious condition.
A Queensland Police spokeswoman said a 95-year-old male driver was not physically injured and is helping police with inquiries.
Goodwin Dve between Bongaree Ave and Hornsby Ave is closed while police investigate.
