Don’t miss Moreton Bay PrideFest 2024
Moreton Bay PrideFest, the region’s biggest LGBTIQA+ celebration is on Saturday, June 8, at Pine Rivers Park, Strathpine.
Tickets are still available for the event, which is part of a broader vision to make the City of Moreton Bay a happier, healthier, safer, and more culturally rich and diverse place for the LGBTIQA+ community.
The inaugural event in 2023 attracted more than 3500 visitors and locals for an afternoon of celebration, pride, inclusivity, and diversity.
ARIA award-winning singer, Logie-nominated actress and Dancing With The Stars competitor, Samantha Jade will headline the event.
Jade, a former X Factor Australia winner will be joined on stage by Australian drag artist, entertainer and producer, Art Simone and international drag performer, Kween Kong, who have both appeared in RuPaul’s Drag Race Down Under.
DJ Harry K and The Fluffy AllStars will also entertain the crowd at the event hosted by Paul Wheeler.

Rainbow Runway
Ten finalists will have the chance to show off their festival looks on the Rainbow Runway. They will be introduced by TikTok stars Ben Blue and Sam Todd, and compete to win bragging rights and a prize.
Rolla Bae Roller Rink
The skating divas from Rolla Bae will have you twirling and gliding with free skate hire from their peachy pink caravan. The pop-up roller rink will be where old-school cool meets modern day pride. Feel the beat, grab some skates and join the roller dance floor.

Get In The Right Headspace – Silent Disco
This is the hottest spot for those who want to boogie to their own beat. Choose from three channels – Pride Anthems, Headspace Harmonies and Community’s choice.
When: 2pm-7pm
Where: One Love Zone
Workshops
An array of workshops will be running in the One Love Zone including rainbow face painting, sash making, glitter and bracelet making.
Pop-Up Splatter Room Experience
The team at Rosé Soirée will help participants unleash their creativity and create a masterpiece. When: 1-9pm

Event day information
Parking:
Free parking will be available at Pine Rivers Park, but is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Follow directions from event staff, volunteers, and traffic marshals. Street parking will also available around Pine Rivers Park unless signed otherwise.
Accessible parking will be available at Pine Rivers Park to those who have a parking permit. Permits must be shown to event staff, volunteers and traffic marshals upon arrival.
Drop-off/pick-up zone:
There will be a designated drop-off/pick-up bay for those not wishing to park or for buses/rideshares to use. There is strictly no parking in this zone.
Public transport:
Moreton Bay PrideFest, at Pine Rivers Park, is a nine-minute walk from Strathpine Railway Station. See Translink for the full train timetable and safe travel updates.
