Latest pictures from hospital's $399m upgrade

Work on the centre piece of Caboolture Hospital’s $399 million redevelopment is on track to open, as planned, next year.

This month has seen the construction team start the top level (level five) concrete pour on the new Clinical Services Building.

Work is also under way on connecting the permanent power supply to the building, as well as installing suspended slabs on the new multi-storey carpark

The project team is also now working closely with staff at the hospital to start familiarising them with the new facilities.

New equipment

Arranging the purchase and arrival of new equipment for the buildings is underway along with the Caboolture Hospital Kitchen Refurbishment Project.

This is to ensure the food services team has the capacity to meet higher demand as the hospital expands.

The construction site is closed over the Easter long weekend and will reopen on Tuesday.
