Local knowledge in a changing market

With more than a decade in the industry and deep roots in the community, Bonnie Worth has witnessed significant transformation across Eatons Hill, Albany Creek and the surrounding suburbs.

As Principal of Raine & Horne Eatons Hill & Albany Creek, she leads a team helping families, investors and first home buyers navigate a fast-moving local market.

“We’re seeing strong interest from both local Brisbane buyers and interstate movers,” Bonnie says. “We’ve had buyers come from Adelaide and the Northern Territory, and recently we even helped a family relocate from Singapore.”

At the same time, rising prices have reshaped the local demographic.

“Eatons Hill homes that were around $550,000 when I first started are now sitting between $1.4 million and $1.6 million. Albany Creek has seen similar growth.”

That growth has created a competitive market, particularly in the entry-level bracket.

“In suburbs like Strathpine, Bray Park and Lawnton, first home buyers are often purchasing in the high $800,000s or $900,000s. Buyers with a $600,000 to $700,000 budget are typically looking at villas or smaller dwellings.”

Open homes are drawing strong numbers, with some properties attracting 30 to 50 groups in the first 24 hours. Multi-generational living is also becoming more common, with families purchasing larger homes together or adding granny flats for adult children or elderly parents.

“It’s an ever-changing market. Since December alone, we’ve seen prices shift again. Buyers can feel nervous in competitive conditions, so it’s important to guide them clearly and confidently through the process.”

Raine & Horne Eatons Hill & Albany Creek offers a full-service model, including sales, property management and a partnership with broker Joe Pitari from MoneyQuest Eatons Hill.

“Having access to finance advice as part of the journey makes a real difference. We’re one of the few agencies where a broker attends open homes on weekends.”

Property management is a family-led arm of the business, overseen by Bonnie alongside her brother-in-law and niece. With decades of combined experience and a trusted network of trades built over more than 10 years, the team offers landlords hands-on support and continuity.

“Our philosophy is simple. We look after our clients like family.”

The team works across Eatons Hill, Albany Creek, Brendale, Strathpine, Bray Park, Joyner, Lawnton and Kallangur, supporting buyers, sellers and landlords throughout the property journey.
