Stryker settles in to his im-paw-tant job
A new team has joined the Moreton police district Dog Squad.
Senior-Constable Jim Griffiths and Stryker have been working around North Brisbane for the past year and are thrilled to join the Moreton squad.
PD Stryker, who turns 3 this month, is the successor of PD Kaos, who officially retired in August last year.
PD Kaos, who still lives with Sen-Constable Griffiths, was awarded the German Shepherd Dog Council of Australia Outstanding Canine Service Award for his bravery and service to Queensland Police.
PD Stryker joins Police Dogs Crash, Beau, Gator, Reaper and Luger on the Moreton squad.
