About John Scott Park | Samford

Located in Samford Village, John Scott Park is an ideal place to take the children for BBQ lunch and play. John Scott Park is situated in the heart of Samford Village, on Station Street and provides segmented playgrounds for smaller children and larger children, bordered by green space on two sides, suitable for a small family footy or cricket.

Adventure Playground

This park is a much-loved family destination in Samford Village, with a covered barbeque area overlooking the toddler space, wheelchair accessible toilets and plenty of picnic space. There are a number of slides, rockers, low climbing structures as well as shaded seating for mum and dad in the partly enclosed toddler area.

The giant adventure playground with swings, a bridge, several slides, climbing equipment and more is probably its greatest draw card.

The bigger kids will be drawn to the rope climb structures, climbing walls and slides as well as the inward facing swing set where kids can swing towards each other.
