Uniquely designed Playground

Leslie Patrick Park playground's swirly, curly nature makes it a fun and interesting place for children to let their imaginations go wild. In the middle of the playground is a climbing apparatus, ideal for enthusiastic little climbers. Carefully placed obstacles have varying levels of difficulty so that all kids can have a go.

Another feature of this playground is a number of different spinners. These spinners, popular with all kids, range from small enough for one to large enough for four or five little ones. Since the park is sand-based, you can spin the kids to the joy of their hearts, knowing that there will be soft sand below in the unlikely event of a fall!

Children love to play with sand even though they're far from the beach! A small digger for scooping up sand can be found in the playground.

The All Abilities Playground of the Hills District, which aims to meet the needs of children of all physical and intellectual abilities, including:

There are plenty of benches and shaded picnic tables available if you want to enjoy a picnic lunch after some time on the playground. The many trees surrounding the park often provide lovely areas to put down picnic rugs. Near the picnic benches, a barbeque is set up to encourage you and your family to enjoy a delicious sausage sizzle near the park.
