Who are the events for
We design for belonging from the outset; events that are inclusive, accessible, and deeply human.
At Mask, we create experiences that connect, not just fill a room, but bring people together in meaningful, memorable ways.
Human connection is at the heart of every decision we make. It’s why we focus on accessibility from the start, why we design spaces where everyone feels welcome, and why we work closely with our clients to understand the needs behind the brief - the people behind the event.
Accessibility First: We provide our clients options to partner with 'Cérge', a digital accessibility platform that helps people know before they go with clear access guides and real-time support tools, reducing barriers for attendees with disability and improving staff readiness across venues and events.
Cultural Inclusion: We also actively engage with local Indigenous leaders in our event planning, programming, and ceremonial elements—placing importance on Welcome to Country as a meaningful, authentic opening. At Mask, we seek opportunity to partner with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander-owned businesses across our events and internal operations, ensuring cultural respect is matched by tangible impact.
