Moreton Bay Region's newest playground!

Families and children of all ages can come play and splash about at Moreton Bay Regional Council’s first free water park and play space at Petrie. The park officially opened on 12th December and is already proving popular.

Located within The Mill at Moreton Bay precinct, the space features two playgrounds for younger and older children, flying fox, splash pad with a water bucket, a large cricket pitch and green space, sheltered barbecue area with electric barbecue, and toilets.

The water park will be open from 8am-8pm every day. It is at 1 Moreton Pde, Petrie

Water Play

Perfect for summer fun, the Mill Park playground features a water park with water play elements including a shaded splash pad, choreographed fountains and a large “water bucket”.

Adventure Playground

There is something for all ages in the partially shaded adventure playground featuring; climbing equipment, multiple slides, swings, a flying fox and more.

A cricket pitch and oval have also been refurbished, for families to enjoy a game or two.

Once everyone has worked up an appetite there are new barbecues and picnic shelters for families to cook up a storm or unpack the picnic basket.
