Ausbuild invites community groups to take part in Dolphins NRL experiences in 2026

Community groups and charities across the City of Moreton Bay are being invited to be part of the Dolphins’ 2026 NRL season, with Expressions of Interest now open for Ausbuild’s Community Partner experiences.

As the Dolphins’ Official Community Partner, Ausbuild is again offering local organisations the chance to attend selected Dolphins home games and take part in unique match-day experiences throughout the season.

Ausbuild Joint Managing Director Matt Bell said the partnership was about recognising the people and organisations making a real difference in their communities.

“We are incredibly proud to once again open this opportunity for community groups in 2026,” Mr Bell said. “This partnership is about more than flashing our logo on jerseys. For us, this partnership is an opportunity to recognise those who give their time, energy and care to others, and giving them access to experiences they may never otherwise have.”

What community groups can expect in 2026

Successful applicants will have the opportunity to attend selected Dolphins home games, with experiences delivered in partnership with the club. These may include general admission tickets, Guard of Honour participation, Captain’s Run access and behind-the-scenes opportunities.

The experiences are designed to recognise and celebrate community contribution, while creating memorable moments for volunteers, staff and those they support.

What’s possible: impact from the 2025 season

The 2026 opportunity builds on a highly successful 2025 season, demonstrating the scale and impact of the program.

“In 2025 alone, we provided more than 2,400 tickets valued at almost $100,000, welcomed nearly 100 people onto the field as part of the Guard of Honour, and helped create memories that will last a lifetime,” Mr Bell said.

Last season saw a wide range of local organisations take part, including schools, charities, health organisations and community groups from across the City of Moreton Bay.

From a young patient supported by the Raise it for Redcliffe Hospital Foundation meeting his hero Hamiso ‘Hammer’ Tabuai-Fidow, to fundraising initiatives for Guide Dogs Queensland, each round highlighted the power of recognising community contribution beyond the field.

“We were privileged to share experiences last season with an incredible range of community organisations,” Mr Bell said.

Groups involved in 2025 included Murrumba Downs State High School, Leukaemia Support QLD, Mimi’s House Assisted Living, Nourish Street Inc, The Man Walk Redcliffe, Bray Park State High School, Raise it for Redcliffe Hospital Foundation, This Story Australia, Undurba State School, yourtown and Guide Dogs Queensland.
