A Rothwell woman says she’ll fly business class or nothing after bagging more than $1.3 million in the weekend’s Saturday Gold Lotto draw.

The woman held one of the four division one winning entries nationally in Saturday Gold Lotto draw 4383 and pocketed $1,311,018.49.

“Oh my god! Oh my god! What?” the winning woman yelled when an official from The Lott called with news of her wonderful win.

“That is amazing! I’m pleased I’m sitting down! We’re in the process of building a new house too. Oh, this is perfect.

'I can't believe it'

“Regardless of what we decide to do with the house now, we’ll be mortgage and debt free, I can’t believe it.

“I tell you what, it’s also going to make retirement so much easier for us.

“We want to travel a lot too in the next couple of years, so this win means we won’t have to worry about how to afford it now.

“We’ll be flying business class too!

“Of course, I must share it with my children too. It means they’ll be able to purchase their own homes, which is fantastic.

“The last bit of the prize will go to charity. I’m not sure which one yet, but I feel like it’s the right thing to do given we’ve obviously been so fortunate.”

Her winning 12-game QuickPick entry was bought at Nextra Booval Fair, where the team was over the moon for their winning customer.

The winning numbers were 32, 14, 1, 5, 26 and 33, while the supplementary numbers were 37 and 8.

Four winners

There were four division one winning entries in Saturday Gold Lotto draw 4383 – two in Queensland and one each in Tasmania and Western Australia.

The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 229 so far in 2023, including 64 won by Golden Casket customers.

In 2022, Saturday Gold Lotto created 171 millionaires across Australia.

During this time, there were 330 division one winning in Saturday Gold Lotto entries across Australia that collectively won more than $456.6 million.
