A Redcliffe resident or visitor scored a sweet million-dollar treat in last night’s Monday & Wednesday Gold Lotto draw but may be unaware of the fact they’re a millionaire.

The elusive Moreton Bay player held the only division one winning entry nationally in Monday & Wednesday Gold Lotto draw 4315 and took home $1 million.

The winning entry was not registered to a player card, which means officials from The Lott have no way of notifying the winner and must wait for them to check their ticket.

Winning numbers in Monday & Wednesday Gold Lotto draw 4315 were 13, 9, 14, 7, 20 and 30. Supplementary numbers were 33 and 27.

The winning ticket was purchased at Midway News, Shop 2, 544 Oxley Avenue, Redcliffe where owner Deepak Rawat said he was over the moon to have sold a division one winning entry.

|“We couldn’t believe the news when we found out we’d sold a division one winning entry in last night’s draw,” he said.|

“It’s a good feeling to sell a division one winning ticket and our customers are always happy to hear the winning news when they visit us in-store.

“The last time we sold a major winning ticket was last year when one of our customers took home a $50,000 top prize win on an Instant Scratch-Its ticket.

“On behalf of the entire Midway News team, we wish our winner all the best with their prize and hope their dreams come true.”

The Lott spokesperson Anna Hobdell said she was eagerly waiting to speak to Moreton Bay's latest division one winner.

“It’s very likely this division one winner is oblivious to the fact they became a millionaire in last night’s draw,” she said.

“We’re urging anyone who purchased a Monday & Wednesday Gold Lotto entry at Midway News to check their tickets as soon as possible.

“Imagine if the Monday & Wednesday Gold Lotto ticket that’s sitting in your back pocket, tucked in your purse or under a magnet on your fridge is worth $1 million!

“All you need to do is visit our website at thelott.com, scan your ticket on The Lott app or head to one of our friendly outlets to find out if you’re our elusive winner.

Across Australia, there was one division one winning entry in Monday & Wednesday Gold Lotto draw 4315 – one in Queensland.

The Lott’s division one winning tally has now reached 263 so far in 2023, including 68 won by Golden Casket customers.

In 2022, Monday & Wednesday Gold Lotto created 91 millionaires across Australia.

Tickets can be purchased at any licenced lottery outlet, online from thelott.com or via The Lott mobile app.
