Crew Legal Spring Gala Ball success
Published 8:06am 5 December 2025
Community spirit blossomed at the 2025 Crew Legal Spring Gala Ball, with 190 guests coming together to help the tiniest and most vulnerable members of our community.
The event, held at Redcliffe Leagues Club in support of Raise it for Redcliffe Hospital, raised more than $40,000 to buy a BabyRoo Neonatal OpenCare Warmer Trolley.
It is an essential piece of equipment that provides life-saving warmth and support for newborns in critical condition.
The gala, organised by the team at Crew Legal, was a celebration of compassion and community. It featured live entertainment, raffles, and live and silent auctions.
Guests dressed to the nines and danced the night away, while contributing to a cause that touches countless local families.
The BabyRoo Neonatal OpenCare Warmer Trolley is designed to provide a stable and controlled environment for newborns requiring immediate medical attention.
With this new equipment, local healthcare providers will be better equipped to deliver critical care from the very first moments of life.
Crew Legal Managing Director Shane Crew says his team was overwhelmed by the generosity of everyone who attended and supported the event.
“This is more than just a donation - it’s an investment in the health and future of our community’s newest members,” he says.
“The success of the evening was made possible by our generous sponsors and donors who share the vision of supporting our local hospital and in giving every baby the best possible start in life.
“The Redcliffe community came together not just for a night of celebration, but for a cause that truly matters.
“The reason we put the night on is the Redcliffe Hospital is the most important institution that we have in the community. It’s where we go when we’re having our children, it’s where we go when our family’s sick and sometimes where we go when we come to the end of life.
“To raise funds for the hospital is something really important to Crew Legal and something we’ll continue to do for as long as we’re in business.”
