Fans out in force

The force was with Star Wars fans at North Lakes when Star Walking hosted its Skyforce Queensland event.

Fans came from as far afield as the Sunshine Coast and Kingaroy, kitted out in costumes to enjoy the fun at the North Lakes Community Centre.

Hosted by Star Walking, which bills itself as Australia’s oldest Star Wars fan club the event included presentations, quizzes, costume competitions and displays of vintage and modern memorabilia.
