The full program for the inaugural Moreton Bay PrideFest has been unveiled today and it’s packed with big names and good times.

Moreton Bay PrideFest, the region’s biggest LGBTIQAP+ celebration, will be held at Pine Rivers Park, Strathpine, on June 10 from 1.30-10pm.

The event’s star-studded line-up includes Thelma Plum, Sneaky Sound System, Havana Brown, Courtney Act, DJ Harry K and the Fluffy All Stars, Dusty Band, Karlou and BEKS.

Most of the action is on the main stage from 2-10pm, but there will also be plenty happening in the One Love Zone with three DJs and roving entertainment adding to the atmosphere.

Moreton Bay PrideFest is an all-ages event, however youth and children ticket holders must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please note: The Drag Brunch and VIP Area are 18+ only.

General Admission tickets bought online are $69 + booking fee for adults and include access to all entertainment on the Main Stage, presented by TAFE Queensland; Rolla Bae Roller Rink; as well as the activations in the One Love Zone, presented by Ray White Aspley Group, including a second community stage, DJ stage, Quiet Zone, activations and LGBTIQAP+ support services. Tickets for concession and children (10-17 years) are $60 + booking fee. Admission is free for children under 10 years of age.

Tickets will be available at the gate for an increased price (if not sold out prior).

Moreton Bay PrideFest is raising money for charity partner headspace, with $5 from every ticket donated to the organisation to deliver services for the LGBTIQAP+ community in Moreton Bay Region.

One Love Zone

The One Love Zone, presented by Ray White Aspley Group, recognises the universal love and respect expressed by all people for all people.

Access to this area is included in the General Admission ticket. It will be open until 7pm and has a DJ stage, LGBTIQAP+ support services, Slay Lane Markets, 360 Photo Booth thanks to UniSC, quiet zone, free workshops as well as the Moreton Bay Regional Council Libraries Spill the Tea Stage.

  • DJ stage: From 2-7pm, enjoy a program of DJs (DJ Beks, DJ Jaguar B, DJ Galleon) and good vibes
  • Spill the Tea stage: Hosted by Deborah Fisher, join Moreton Bay Regional Libraries for a program of performances by local drag queen Tilly Screams, Drag Storytime (stories and rhymes with adult themes) and ‘Nick & Tuck’ interview. There are also free workshops to make your own pronoun badge and drag queen sash
  • Slay Lane Markets: Enjoy bespoke markets offering everything from pride flags and custom earrings to cookies and more
  • Quiet Zone: Take time out in this all-ages safe space for those struggling with sensory overload.

Rolla Bae Roller Rink

Rolla Bae is a female-founded, sister-run skate rental business which is coming to Moreton Bay Pride Fest.

They will be bringing a peachy-pink 1960s caravan, some cool retro skates, and an open-air pop-up skate rink. Skate hire is free to all PrideFest ticket holders.

Strutt your stuff on the roller rink from 2-7pm. Entry is included in the cost of your General Admission ticket.
