ADVERTORIAL
GemLife Elimbah is now selling, marking the beginning of a new chapter for over-50s lifestyle living in the Moreton Bay region.
The latest community from GemLife, one of Australia’s leading developers of lifestyle resorts, is a 26ha development featuring an impressive line-up of exclusive facilities designed to help homeowners stay active, social and connected.
Homes start from $740,000, with five thoughtfully designed layouts to choose from – each featuring two bedrooms, a versatile multipurpose room, spacious alfresco areas and high-quality finishes throughout.
Location meets lifestyle
“This is such an exciting development,” says Sales Manager Glenys Lowry.
“We can’t wait to welcome future homeowners and give them a glimpse into the wonderful lifestyle that awaits at GemLife Elimbah.”
Set in the peaceful heart of the Moreton Bay region, GemLife Elimbah blends semi-rural tranquillity with the convenience of local shopping right on the doorstep as well as being just a short drive from Caboolture and the stunning Glass House Mountains.
Designed exclusively for over 50s, the resort will offer 404 thoughtfully designed homes and world-class facilities to support vibrant, active lifestyles.
“Nature lovers will appreciate the resort’s green credentials, with 8.2ha of open space, including a protected conservation zone bordering an established nature reserve,” Glenys says.
“Whether it’s a morning walk among the trees, a spot of birdwatching or simply enjoying the fresh air, this is the kind of place that invites you to slow down and soak it all in.”
More than $20 million in resort-style facilities
The centrepiece of GemLife Elimbah will be an $18 million, two-storey Country Club which will offer a fully equipped gym, heated lap pool, ten-pin bowling alley, golf simulator, cinema, creative arts studio and a private ballroom for special occasions.
A separate Summer House, featuring a resort-style swimming pool, clubroom and barbecue facilities, including a pizza oven, will provide a relaxed space to gather with friends.
Display homes under construction
Construction of two beautifully appointed display homes is also underway – part of the first 14 homes currently being built in stage one.
The Delaney, a stylish two-bedroom plus multipurpose-room home, features open-plan living, high-end appliances and a breezy alfresco space perfect for Queensland living.
The Meldale offers spacious, light-filled interiors and seamless indoor-outdoor flow, with a private master suite that opens directly to the alfresco area.
“Both homes are designed for South East Queensland’s beautiful year-round climate,” Glenys says.
“They will showcase just how comfortable, elegant and low-maintenance life can be at GemLife.”
The display homes are expected to be complete in early 2026.
