Ausbuild’s third consecutive win at the 2024 Moreton Bay Business and Innovation Awards has secured it a place in the Hall of Fame.

The Queensland-based developer, with several projects in the City of Moreton Bay, won the Dynamic Bradview Roofing Award for Corporate Social Responsibility Excellence at the awards on October 18.

The award recognises an organisation that has demonstrated leadership and commitment to corporate social responsibility, delivering exceptional social, economic, and environmental benefits to the community

With a strong focus on creating thriving communities, Ausbuild’s corporate social responsibility framework is central to its mission, ensuring sustainable social and environmental benefits.

Aubuild Joint Managing Director Mike Loney says winning the category three years in a row is testament to the company’s “unwavering commitment to giving back to the Moreton Bay community”.

“We are proud to be recognised for our efforts in not just building homes, but in building communities that thrive and grow together,” Mike says.

“At Ausbuild, we believe that our success goes hand-in-hand with the success of the communities we serve. Through partnerships, donations, and community-driven initiatives, we aim to create meaningful, lasting change for local families and organisations.

“Being inducted into the Hall of Fame is an incredible honour and reflects the heart of our business – making a positive impact in people’s lives. Whether it’s through our community partnerships with Dolphins NRL, the Housing for Happiness Gala, or the Ausbuild Community Fund, we are driven by a sense of responsibility to foster vibrant, connected communities.

“This award is not just recognition for what we’ve achieved, but motivation to continue expanding our efforts in supporting local charities, events, and causes.

“We are deeply invested in creating environments where people can flourish, and that mission will continue to guide everything we do at Ausbuild.”

Moreton Bay Region Industry & Tourism CEO Natassia Wheeler says: “Ausbuild's induction into the Hall of Fame for Corporate Social Responsibility Excellence is a testament to their unwavering commitment to making a positive impact in the City of Moreton Bay. Their dedication to delivering exceptional social, economic, and environmental benefits for our community are truly exceptional. Congratulations Ausbuild”.
