JAX Tyres & Auto North Lakes franchisee, Sam Murdoch, is proudly celebrating 10 years of delivering trusted automotive services to the local community.
Since taking ownership of the North Lakes store, Sam has spent the past decade building a strong reputation for customer service, value and reliability, drawing on more than 18 years of experience in the automotive industry.
Under his leadership, the business has continued to grow as a trusted business in the local area, supporting everyday drivers with routine maintenance through to more complex mechanical needs.
On the milestone, JAX Tyres & Auto North Lakes franchisee, Sam Murdoch, says “Reaching 10 years at North Lakes is a really proud moment. Becoming part of the local community and building real relationships with customers who trust us with their vehicles year after year is what it is all about. I’m incredibly grateful for the support from my family and the commitment of our team who make it possible to deliver the level of service our customers rely on.”
Community connection remains an important focus for Sam and the North Lakes team, with local sponsorships including the Stanley River Wolves Rugby League Club and Scarborough Bowls Club. These partnerships reflect the team’s ongoing commitment to being an active member of the community and backing local sports organisations.
Sam says, “Supporting local clubs and organisations, while building genuine relationships with our customers, is what makes our work so rewarding. We’re proud to play a role in the community and to show up for the people who support us.”
Customer feedback plays a vital role in how the team operates, helping them continuously improve service delivery. It also provides valuable insights into expectations and needs, ensuring those of the North Lakes area are consistently met.
Operating since 1949, JAX Tyres & Auto began its franchising journey in 1993 and has since grown into a national network of over 94 locations, with 89 independently owned by franchisees. Today, the brand supports more than 1,000 employees across Australia.
