Massive weekend of Rugby League action at Moreton Daily Stadium

Moreton Daily Stadium came to life last weekend, when fans were treated to two days of blockbuster rugby league fixtures.

Saturday night's Intrust Super Cup match between the Dolphins and Tigers was a try-fest, with the Dolphins running rampant in a 52-12 win over their long-time rivals. The emphatic win crucially solidified the Dolphins' spot in the top four of the competition, with finals drawing near.

Sunday's NRL double header drew thousands of local fans to watch their teams' in action from Moreton Daily Stadium's famously intimate facility. Manly Sea Eagles defeated the Canterbury Bulldogs 36 to 18, before the Panthers kept their hopes for a second consecutive minor premiership alive by defeating Wests Tigers 30-16.

Moreton Daily Stadium will host more exciting rugby league action this Sunday with a Father's Day triple-header.

Dad is sure to love a day out at the footy where he can watch the game's future stars do battle in Hastings Deering Colts & Intrust Super Cup matches between the Dolphins and Northern Pride, followed by the NRL seasons' final regular fixture when the Bulldogs take on Wests Tigers.
