Moreton Bay summer cocktail recipes

Mon Komo Hotel has released the recipes for two of their signature cocktails just in time for the summer holidays.

Try one of Mon Komo's Signature Cocktails
Tortola Passion:
This fruity cocktail is a passion fruit seduction
Ingredients:
- Bombay Gin 45ml
- Pavan 15ml
- Lemon juice 30ml
- Gomme 15ml
- Passion fruit pulp 15ml
- Egg white 1ea
Method:
- Prep your cocktail glass
- Add ingredients to shaker and shake to chill and aerate
Garnish:
- Rim your glass with passion fruit pulp then sugar
- Add ice
- Passion fruit pulp pattern on top
Violet Martini:
With floral and botanical flavours the Violet martini is an easy drinking cocktail.
Ingredients:
- Hendricks Gin 30ml
- Smirnoff Red 30ml
- Violet Syrup 30ml
- Lime juice 15ml
Method:
Add all ingredients to shaker and shake to chill. Double strain into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- 3 x flowers floating centrally
- Straw on outside
