A new park is expected to open early next year in one of Moreton Bay region’s growth areas.
Élan by AVID Property Group (AVID) has revealed the park plans for its development in Warner.
The new green space will act as a “spine” of the almost 390-home community off Kremzow Rd.
“The Parklands will act as the community hub with key features including an adventure playground, kick about space, picnic spots, and shaded seating,” AVID General Manager Queensland Anthony Demiris said.
“Almost half of Élan is dedicated to parks, walking trails and bikeways, so there is no shortage of greenery – each home is within walking distance of a park.”
With Élan’s first residents expected in 2026, the community will be able to enjoy the park from move in day.
“Running throughout the neighbourhood, the Parklands will bring residents together to enjoy an active lifestyle while meeting neighbours and building a sense of belonging,” Mr Demiris said.
There are other parks, bike trails, sport and recreational facilities and water sports nearby.
