Plans are being finalised for a new retail development on a prime CBD block in the Moreton Bay region.
‘Minor’ changes have been submitted to Moreton Bay City Council for a retail precinct on around 5000sqm of vacant land at Joyner Circuit, North Lakes.
These involve “amendments to the internal tenancy configurations”. The overall gross floor area of the precinct will not change.
Proposed sizes vary from 100sqm for the food and drink outlet to 438sqm for the largest showroom. There will also be more than 80 parking spaces.
The main development application was approved by Council in March for four showrooms, three shops and a food and drink outlet.
The precinct will be built opposite the turning into Gregor Street and behind the car dealerships which front on to Anzac Ave.
