It was a win for the ages … the Dolphins smashed their more-fancied opponents in a round that truly was magic.
The Dolphins beat the Sharks 36-16 in front of a full house at Suncorp Stadium.
They came out firing after slow starts the previous two weeks on the day their Head Coach and mentor Wayne Bennett clocked up 900 games at the top level.
It was an occasion players, fans and even the coach enjoyed. The Dolphins are now fifth on the NRL ladder.
