Ashleigh Howarth is a passionate journalist who has been working in the media industry for more than 10 years.

She has been the editor of several community newspapers, as well as a senior reporter at a metropolitan daily newspaper, all based in southeast Queensland.

Her favourite stories to write are the ones that lead to positive changes in the community, as well as travel, lifestyle, food and entertainment.

Ashleigh received her Bachelor of Journalism from the Queensland University of Technology.
