About Hearing Help

Hearing Help was founded on the belief that hearing care should be comprehensive, personalised and never rushed. As an independent audiology clinic, Hearing Help provides evidence-based hearing healthcare with a strong focus on long-term outcomes, continuity of care and support tailored to each client’s unique hearing needs. We believe hearing healthcare is not a single appointment, but an ongoing partnership. By building lasting relationships with our clients, we provide thoughtful guidance, ongoing support and care that evolves alongside changing hearing needs over time.

Founded and directed by Audiologist Erin Seamer, Hearing Help was established to provide a more individualised approach to hearing care, combining thorough assessment, advanced clinical expertise and exceptional client experience. With 25 years of experience in hearing healthcare and longstanding service to the local community, Erin is committed to delivering independent, client-centred care focused on meaningful long-term outcomes.

As an independent, family-operated clinic, recommendations are guided solely by what is most appropriate for each client’s needs, lifestyle and hearing goals. The clinic has become known for its welcoming environment, comprehensive assessments and commitment to providing continuity of care and personalised support often difficult to achieve within larger, high-volume hearing healthcaremodels.

The Independent Difference

As an independent practice, Hearing Help provides access to a broad range of hearing solutions without manufacturer restrictions or sales targets. For clients, independence means greater choice, more comprehensive care and hearing solutions selected for the person, not the product.
