About Skyline Ferris Wheel | Woody Point
Skyline Attractions is excited to announce the installation of a spectacular 35-meter Ferris Wheel at Bicentennial Park, Woody Point, set to operate for the next five months. Known for owning and operating three giant Ferris Wheels across Australia including installations in Melbourne City, Glenelg SA, Sunshine Coast QLD and Darwin NT, Skyline Attractions is thrilled to bring this iconic attraction to the Moreton Bay region.
"We have been working closely with the City of Moreton Bay Council for several months on this project, and now the time has come for everyone to enjoy it," said Jane Jones, spokesperson for Skyline Attractions. "The Ferris Wheel will provide stunning views across Moreton Bay to Moreton Island, Brisbane City, and the wider Moreton Bay region. We are looking forward to bringing this new attraction to locals and tourists over the coming months."
The Ferris Wheel will officially open late May and will operate daily from 10am, seven days a week, until October. Visitors can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views and create lasting memories while experiencing one of the region's most exciting new attractions.
Up to 6 people can ride in one of the 24 gondolas, making it a unique, super fun outdoor experience everyone can enjoy. There is also an accessible gondola for wheel chair access.
