Luxury car industry veterans Martin Roller and Marvin Burke are creating a unique caravan and premium used car hub in the heart of Redcliffe.
A former BMW and Ferrari dealer, Martin says the vision was to build a destination where avid and would-be caravanners could have all their needs met.
From choosing a used van, customising a new model and fitting it out with soft furnishings or servicing a caravan, to buying a vehicle to tow it, Martin says Caravana can help.
Off-road, on-road models
Caravana has the exclusive rights to sell Roadstar caravans in Queensland and stocks both on and off-road models, with twin or single axle options.
With a hand-picked team including general manager Brendan Saggers, who brings more than three decades of recreational vehicle industry experience, Martin says Caravana is all about meeting the needs of clients and offering caravans to suit.
“We have a professional sales team that listens to your needs,” Martin says.
“We don’t want to be just another caravan yard – there are none that are owned by people very experienced in selling luxury cars.”
Customise your caravan
Martin says that knowledge had been used to create a showroom experience that reflects the investment people are making in purchasing a caravan and its accoutrements.
“They can come in, have a great coffee and take their time.
“We listen to what they want and help them to customise a caravan – whether it’s for a family, or a couple, for off-road or on.”
He says with many people holidaying at home rather than overseas, the demand for caravans has skyrocketed, but Caravana’s partnership with Roadstar ensures stock will be available.
The vans are built in Melbourne, but Caravana has a service centre to customise them on site, altering the colour of the leather seating, cupboard finishes, benches, flooring, suspension and more.
Setting the company apart is a personalised approach to working with clients.
Personal service
“Our customers will be dealing directly with the expert people working on their vans, who will listen to their needs and offer advice about how best to meet them,” Martin says.
Rounding out the offering at Caravana is an onsite finance, insurance and warranty service.
Caravana is at 444 Oxley Ave, Redcliffe.
