Course targets leaders

In a first for the Moreton Bay Region, USC is offering a short course designed for team and aspiring leaders. Best of all, each of the three bite-sized modules can be delivered in one day.

During the TE-course, participants will learn foundation skills to help them build a more productive and engaged workplace culture.

With conveniently-sized modules, and classes of no more than 20 people, it is the perfect opportunity to try out a quality professional course and develop leadership skills.

The series of three modules will be delivered on campus at USC Moreton Bay and participants can choose to attend for one or two days or register for the whole three-day series. Each day will finish with a goal setting and action planning opportunity.

Completing all three days of the TE-Course also provides participants with the opportunity to receive credit for one course in a USC Business School undergraduate or MBA degree.

What you’ll learn

  • the key elements of effective leadership
  • understanding different personality styles
  • understanding team dynamics and developing skills that will improve engagement at all levels
  • exploring strategies to manage burnout and increase employee engagement
