ADVERTORIAL
BallyCara will host its Winter Wellness Expo this month, giving the community the chance to hear, see and talk about healthy ageing and living well and enjoy a free cuppa.
The event will be held at Dolphins Leagues Club on August 27 from 11am-1pm.
BallyCara is a proud partner with the Dolphins NRL team – both organisations have deep roots in the Moreton Bay community and a shared passion for wellbeing, connection and active living.
The Winter Wellness Expo will include guest appearances by Dolphins players who will take part in a Q&A session. There will also be photo opportunities. This partnership brings together BallyCara’s commitment to healthy ageing and holistic care with
the Dolphins’ focus on strength, teamwork and community spirit. Both are dedicated to creating opportunities for people of all ages to live well - on the footy field or through wellness programs, retirement living and in-home support.
As a not-for-profit organisation, BallyCara cares deeply about the people they serve, working to build a stronger, healthier Moreton Bay region.
Of particular interest for many at the moment is the Federal Government’s Aged Care reforms. With the new Aged Care Act commencing on November 1, BallyCara will have expert staff on hand to answer questions and discuss any concerns.
