Free pizza for those in 'Knead'

Domino’s Rothwell will ‘Feed the Knead’ of the local community on Christmas Day by giving free pizzas to those in need between 4–5pm.

The donation is part of Domino’s nationwide ‘program, which aims to provide support in the form of free pizza to local people and causes.

Domino’s Rothwell franchisee Jatish Juneja said he knows there are people who might be facing a Christmas Day alone or struggling to put food on the table.

Helping hand

“As a local small business owner, I feel privileged to be able to give back to the local community, and those in need,” he said.

“With so many locals supporting us year-round, I wanted to take this opportunity to give back to those who might be facing a Christmas alone, or who need a little help.

“While Domino’s Rothwell will be open from 4–10pm on Christmas Day, for the first hour we will be providing a fresh, hot pizza meal for free to those in need through Domino’s community-based Feed the Knead program.

Friendly face

“We want to be a friendly face on this special day and offer community members in need somewhere to enjoy a safe, hot meal, and someone to chat to, because no one should have to be alone on Christmas Day.

“We know it’s been a hard year for many, so this is our way of spreading the festive spirit and helping to make sure no one goes without on Christmas Day.

“We look forward to putting a smile on some faces and spending some time on Christmas Day with the local community. I encourage anyone in need to visit Domino’s Rothwell for a hot meal.”
