Stockland will launch The Lake Residences – one of the last waterfront releases – and Parkside at its Newport community tomorrow (Friday).
Each lakeview town home will have “luxury inclusions, a private plunge pool and access to a private marina berth”.
Parkside lots range from 294sqm to 682sqm and are directly across Lakeview Park.
“The Lake Residences is the largest waterfront town home release in Newport, offering 15 premium four and five-bedroom homes, along a private stretch of Newport Lake,” Stockland General Manager Queensland Development David Laner said.

“It’s a great opportunity for buyers to purchase a low-maintenance home in one of Newport’s prime areas, with construction well underway and completion on track for mid-2024.”
The release of The Lake Residences follows the launch of stage one of Parkside, which saw 80 per cent of its lots sold in the first week on the market.
“Starting at $399,900 (correct as at October 2023), it’s been almost two years since lots have been released at this price point at Newport,” Mr Laner said.
“We’re thrilled to be bringing a diverse range of releases to market with the premium product of The Lakes Residences and the affordability of the lots at Parkside.

“Several businesses have also moved into the newly-built Newport Marketplace, a retail hub, featuring multiple retailers, restaurants, cafes and medical services.”
The expansion of Newport’s western shore along Newport Lake will see around 200 homes, town homes and apartments in the final piece of the community.
On completion, Stockland Newport will have approximately 2200 dwellings, including a combination of houses, town homes, apartments and retirement living.
