The Brisbane Broncos and Gold Coast Titans’ NRLW sides will be locked in a must-win battle at Moreton Daily Stadium this weekend.
Both teams will be looking for their first wins of the season and will need a victory to keep their finals hopes alive when they face-off at Redcliffe in round three of the competition on Saturday, September 3 (1.10pm kick-off).
The Titans are fourth on the ladder and Broncos are sixth, in the six-team competition after two rounds of five (on points differential).
They’ll be looking for an improvement in form following losses last weekend – Broncos 28-8 against the Roosters; and Titans 16-12 against the Knights.
This weekend’s clash marks the first time the stars of the NRLW have been back at Moreton Daily Stadium since last season’s Grand Final.
For Ali Brigginshaw’s star-studded Broncos, victory is crucial as they aim to win back their Telstra NRLW Premiership crown, while the Titans, led by Brittany Brailey-Nati, are aiming to upset the odds and their local rivals in their second-ever NRLW season.
With children admitted free and adult tickets from just $10, it’s a perfect day out for families and footy fans of all ages.
