Plans have been submitted for a new 15-unit development on Prince Edward Parade in Scarborough.

The 'multiple dwelling' application, by TJM Builders, shows it would be on 1214sqm of land at 170-172 Prince Edward Pde.

The development would comprise eight units with four bedrooms, four with three-beds, one two-bed and two specialist disability units over four levels.

Plans show all would have balconies, except the ground-floor unit which would have a courtyard.

The development would have a total of 25 car parking places – 21 standard bays, two for disabled parking and two visitor bays.

Plans lodged with Moreton Bay Regional Council show that the application has been made by TJM Builders.

Council’s website shows approval was given seven years ago for an eight-unit development on part of this site.
