Construction has started on the new 13.5-hectare Vantage Lilywood development at Waraba (formerly Caboolture West).

Bulk earthworks, trunk roadworks and sewers are now under way. Civil works are forecast to start this month.

AVID Property Group has received development approval for 294 land lease lots at Vantage Lilywood.

The site fronts on to 400m of Caboolture River with a proposed shopping centre and state school nearby.

AVID also has development approval for a new community at Logan Reserve and its land lease portfolio to 11 communities across South-East Queensland and Victoria.

“Establishing a land lease communities business has been a long-term and critical component of AVID’s growth strategy,” CEO Cameron Holt said.

“The recent development approvals and acquisitions mark a significant milestone for our business.”
