About Daffodil Day and Cancer Council Ladies Who Long Lunch (With The Occasional Guy)
Join us for a special Daffodil Day fundraising event in memory of Annalise Zoubakin.
Last year, while bravely battling cancer herself, Annalise ran a Daffodil Day fundraising stall at Redcliffe Leagues Club. I remember her telling me she wanted to make it bigger and better the following year, and I promised I would help her do that.
Sadly, Annalise is no longer with us, but I am determined to keep that promise and continue this event in her honour. While she won't be there in person, I know she'll be there in spirit.
Enjoy an afternoon of great food, live entertainment, raffles, auctions, market stalls and community spirit, all while raising funds for Cancer Council and supporting the Redcliffe Hospital Oncology & Chemotherapy Treatment Unit, where Annalise received treatment.
Let's come together as a community, celebrate Annalise's legacy and make a real difference for those affected by cancer.
When:
Friday 28 August 2026 | 12pm
