Top 3 issues to address:

1. Youth crime - the current Labor government weakened youth justice laws which has directly contributed to the current youth crime crisis. Queenslanders have a right to feel safe in their own home. The LNP will address this through tougher laws for repeat serious offenders (Adult Crime, Adult Time) as well as early intervention and rehabilitation policies. Victims' rights will have priority over offenders.
2. Traffic congestion - our electorate suffers from traffic gridlock every day due to a lack of planning. The LNP will investigate tunnel alternatives and commit to the upgrade of the South Pine Road and Stafford Road intersection.
3. Housing - It's never been harder to buy a house, find a rental, or cope with escalating rental costs. The issue is supply. The LNP has committed to building one million new homes by 2044.

Top 3 issues to address:

1. It’s getting harder to afford to see the doctor. The number of fully bulk-billing GPs in Queensland has dropped by 31% in just six years. People face tough choices like whether to pay rent or see a doctor. We’ll deliver 2000 more public hospital beds and set up 200 free clinics.

2. A whole generation of Queensland public school kids have passed from Prep to Year 12 without a single day of adequate funding since the national minimum standards were created in 2011. We’ll fully fund public schools, reduce class sizes and abolish out-of-pocket costs for parents.

3. Average rent is up 43% since 2021. The Greens will freeze rents for two years to give wages a chance to catch up, then cap rents long-term at 1% a year and give everyone a guaranteed right to lease renewal.

1. As a health worker, accessible and affordable healthcare is important and I am dedicated to supporting women’s reproductive rights. Queensland Labor has committed to employing 15,875 frontline health workers over the next four years.

2. I welcome the cost of living relief delivered by Premier Steven Miles, including 50c fares, $1000 energy rebates and 20% off rego. These measures are at risk under the LNP.

3. I support Queensland Labor's plan to deliver social and affordable housing. The plan for one million more homes through the Homes for Queenslanders plan, including support for renters, is a game changer. The LNP are refusing to release their plans and costings, which can mean only one thing – cuts.
