Leading South East Queensland developer and home builder Ausbuild has announced the fourth sales release of its master planned community The Sanctuary, at Warner, to meet demand.

Located in the burgeoning Moreton Bay Region, only 30 minutes to Brisbane’s CBD, The Sanctuary has been popular with families seeking a perfect life balance since it launched in 2021.

The latest sales release will provide 42 new home sites in a lush northwest pocket of the master planned community, with land sizes of up to 828sqm.

First home buyers Ayla Melit and Jack Mead, who have purchased at The Sanctuary, are long-term residents of Brisbane’s northside and say staying close to family and friends was a priority.

“We have a well-designed house and lots of open space,” Ayla says.

“The Warner location is perfect. At The Sanctuary we will be close to the markets, shops, gym, and a new local childcare centre. The schools close by, for the future, all made it an easy choice.

“I’m about to finish my education degree and staying in the area for work is important to me, so that’s looking possible now too.

“We’re excited to meet our new neighbours and can’t wait to have Christmas in our new home next year.”

Home and land packages at The Sanctuary start from $749,000. The community master plan features expansive conservation corridors, children’s playgrounds, and open green spaces. Plans for a new childcare centre and swim school on the adjoining site will further contribute to the amenity.

Community takes shape

Ausbuild Joint Managing Director Matthew Bell says The Sanctuary is a hive of activity, with the first homes already under construction and the new community park and playground well advanced.

“In delivering The Sanctuary, we are investing in considerable community infrastructure including a new signalised intersection on South Pine Road and Coorparoo Road, a major upgrade of Warner Road and new community parks and green spaces,” Matthew says.

“Ausbuild is also investing $11.8 million to support Warner’s long-term sustainability objectives including the rejuvenation of 11ha of dedicated riparian zones, new wildlife trails, children’s playground and open parklands, and a new cycle and pedestrian network.

“These amenities have seen a rush in sales in our previous releases at The Sanctuary, and we’re excited to be able to fast-track the fourth sales release to meet demand.”

Earlier this month, Ausbuild announced it had signed a three-year sponsorship deal with NRL-newcomer The Dolphins, as its Official Community Partner. It follows the company receiving top honours for its contribution to the community, winning the Award for Corporate Social Responsibility Excellence at the Moreton Bay Business and Innovation Awards in October.

The Sanctuary sales centre is at 75 Warner Rd and is open daily from 10am to 4pm. For more information visit ausbuild.com.au.
