Baylife Real Estate steps up as Moreton Daily Strategic Partner

Local real estate business Baylife Real Estate, based on the Redcliffe Peninsula, has stepped up as a Moreton Daily Strategic Partner, following a successful year in business in the City of Moreton Bay.

Director Brett Viertel said the decision reflected Baylife’s commitment to the local community and its belief in supporting independent, locally focused media.

“We started Baylife Real Estate in December 2024 after working in the area for several years, and we’ve had a really strong first year,” Brett said.

“Becoming a Strategic Partner with Moreton Daily felt like a natural next step for us.”

Baylife previously supported Moreton Daily as a Business Ambassador in 2025, with Brett saying the value of that partnership made it an easy decision to deepen their involvement.

“We saw great value in being able to engage with the community through Moreton Daily. For us, it was a no-brainer to elevate that support.”

A natural fit with a local focus

Brett said Baylife was drawn to Moreton Daily’s local, independent approach.

“Moreton Daily is locally focused, locally invested and independent. That really aligns with how we’ve built Baylife and how we want to show up in the community.”

Moreton Daily Partnerships Manager Lyndsay said Baylife has shown strong momentum.

“Baylife has had a really strong year last year and it’s clear they’re investing back into the community,” Lyndsay said.

Built on experience and people-first values

Brett brings more than 30 years of sales leadership experience to Baylife Real Estate, and together with business partner Adrianne Graham, forms the strong backbone of the business.

The agency works with buyers and sellers across Moreton Bay and focuses on guiding people through their property journeys with care and clarity. Baylife has recently been awarded the Rate My Agent 2026 Agency of the Year for Margate.

As the business moves into its second year, Brett said continuing to build strong local relationships remained a priority.

“We love working in this area. It’s a supportive business community and a great place to build something meaningful.”
