Ausbuild is helping to meet the critical need for housing supply in the burgeoning Moreton Bay Region with homes 1000 homes under way across two master-planned communities at Warner and Morayfield.
The great Aussie dream of home ownership is being realised for families as the first homes near completion at The Sanctuary in Warner.
Long-time Moreton Bay residents Cherie and Matt and daughters Lilly, 21, and Matilda, 15, are counting down the weeks until they move into their four-bedroom home.
“We are all excited about moving into our own home after renting for many years,’’ Cherie says.
“The green spaces surrounding The Sanctuary were a huge selling point for us. The area is central to all we need, and close to the mountains and coast for adventures. The Sanctuary is a perfect fit for us.’’
Focus on flora and fauna
Ausbuild Joint Managing Director Matthew Bell says it is an exciting time for The Sanctuary buyers watching their homes come to life within a nature-focused community.
“There are more than 80 homes under construction in Warner, plus a childcare centre and swim school, and we are commencing new display homes soon,” Mr Bell says.
“We have delivered a considered development and listened to community feedback, including 45 percent of the site rehabilitated as a riparian reserve for fauna and flora.”
Forever home
On completion, Montrose at Morayfield will provide around 600 new homes, four local parks, a childcare centre and more than 12ha of parklands and conservation areas.
First home buyers Ethan and Courtney are looking forward to starting a family and chose a block and home design at Montrose with children in mind.
“When we were considering where to build our ‘forever’ home, we just loved this location,’’ Courtney says.
“Ethan and I love where we are going to live looking out to the nature reserve. We’re also keen to establish our own vegie garden.’’
Popular choice
Mr Bell says Montrose’s location, lifestyle offering and affordability have made it a popular choice for families, with limited lots remaining for sale in stages one and two.
“Our buyers also appreciate they can have confidence in Ausbuild,’’ Mr Bell says.
“As south-east Queensland’s largest private home developer and builder, Ausbuild is financially strong.
“For further peace of mind we commit to a price lock guarantee and a fixed delivery timeframe for their home.

Community Grant Program
Ausbuild believes in giving back to the Moreton Bay community.
With $100,000 in grant funding already distributed to 14 local initiatives, Ausbuild is continuing its program in 2023 to support community groups, schools, sporting clubs or charities.
