Queues stretched along Redcliffe Parade today when The Lullaby Club launched its first stand-along store.

Mums with pushchairs, prams and friends joined a long line along the esplanade to see the new women’s clothing store.

It follows several weeks fitting out the shop, opposite Redcliffe Jetty, and completes the “full-circle” for its Moreton Bay owners.

The Lullaby Club was started by mother and daughter Kevina and Marisa, who were both born in this region, lived at Redcliffe and are now in Burpengary.

Marisa was pregnant with her second child when the business began and has seen it grow into a national fashion brand.

“Opening our first store in Redcliffe is a full-circle moment,” Marisa said recently.

“This is the community that supported me from the very beginning and it felt right that this is where our doors open first.

“The Lullaby Club started from our shared love of fashion and a desire to create something that really supported women, especially mothers.

“We saw a gap in the market for pieces that were both beautiful and practical, something you could feel confident in while also being comfortable, whether you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, or just navigating everyday life.”
